She claims the vaccination clinic gave her kittens Herpes. Well go back to the beginning Statement 3 and 3a 2016   It can clearly be seen that URI infections were in the cattery back before this claim was made. Also note this appears to be another vet as she already uses Easypetcare , so now we are up to 5 vets.

This ad shows that as well as the 10 matings we know of, there are also matings from her own studs as well, showing the staggering amounts of money she is raking in from multiple matings, yet she claims her health is failing. So how does she care for them ? It clearly states the mating is between an Australian mist and a Burmese. This is something that is not allowed according to the TICA breeding policy  posted below. The next posting again from CR showing she has again gone to Thailand. On benefits and of course needing a carer to help get her out of bed and to feed , dress and wash her. ????? , paid for of course by the benefit system and not to mention needing a powered wheelchair. I wonder if she took her chair and her carer she needs to Thailand? The trips clearly paid for by all the kittens she is selling and probably from the proceeds of the kittens she had from killing another persons cat. So lets work this out , we know of 10 matings plus the one above so thats 11 matings. Lets say an average four kittens per litter, that equals 44 kittens at £750 each, which comes to a staggering £33,000. Of course some litters will be larger and some smaller but thats just an average in only 18 months This was posted on 11th October after the posting on the 19th July 2019 stating she was retiring from breeding as her health is failing. TICA Breeding Policy for the Australian Mists

The Australian Mist is a developed breed with a significant history. It was developed in Australia by Dr. Truda Straede and archived championship status over 30 years ago .The original crosses were one half Burmese (Australian stylem more European type), one quarter Abyssinian, and one quarter Domestic Shorthair Spotted tabby. Over 30 individual cats were involved in the original breeding so the breed has a very diverse gene pool. There have also been a few outcrossing since further increasing the gene pool and adding diversity. The cats were selected from only Shorthair, tabby, Burmese gene, and eumelanistic colours. Because of the involvement of the Abyssinian, the cinnamon gene was introduced .The desired cat was a spotted or later marbled tabby in sepia colours with a ticked overlay. Therefore the accepted colours are Seal Sepia, Chocolate Sepia, Cinnamon Sepia, Blue Sepia, Lilac Sepia, Fawn Sepia in spotted or marbled tabby

Outcrossing We do not feel that additional hybridization with the source breeds is needed to maintain the health of the breed at this point in time. At higher generations that is allowed in TICA. Therefore we are requesting that it be considered a Category 1 breed (no outcrosses to other breeds within a 3 generation pedigree for showing in championship). There is also a consistent with the registration requirements in Australia.

However there are further considerations that we recommend. It is strongly suggested that no further outcrosses be made to to the Abyssinian and Burmese breeds. The gene pool in the Burmese has issues of its own and outcrosses to the Abyssinian have resulted in various allergies that presented as skin and asthma like disorders. There are genetic health disorders in each of the two breeds as well. DNA testing is available for most of these, but at this point there is no test available to detect the cause of higher predisposition of South East Asian cats to develop FIP. The domestic cat in Australia are primarily identified as European sourced- not Southeast Asian so it is our recommendation that further outcrosses be domestics. Because the Australian Mists were developed in Australia from Australian cats- we feel that this should continue at this point with any new bloodlines to be developed there or from cats sourced from Australia controlled by the registries there. A breeder must first have a permit before they can develop new bloodlines, Currently a couple of new lines are being worked on - based on the addition of new Australian domestic out crosses. All progeny anticipated to be used in subsequent generations are being genetically tested before they are bred further selecting against such undesirable recessive factors as the pointed gene cs and longhair

Next the dream cattery and the statement I'm Giving Up. One would have to ask if as CR claims your health is failing and you have been battling with the decision to give up for some time WHY ? would you start to build a new cattery only to tear it down before its built.

There is evidence now come to light of a reported theft, benefit fraud claim, and a fraud case against CR. . And now we have posts by CR that we can prove to be total lies. But for now court proceedings have begun against CR.

Until now I have remained relatively quiet but now as a ring of deception theft and greed that is spread over 3 countries has been exposed and led to the demise of a certain individuals reputation I I now feel the need to speak up, There are times when I feel ashamed to be part of a breed of cat that has attracted so many evil nasty greedy and unscrupulous people, the reputation of this beautiful cat has been tarnished beyond belief This ring of deceit, theft intimidation, threats and much more extends far and wide and involves many aspects. I am shocked to the core that this person/people could stoop so low A very sad situation to all the good and genuine breeders who work with honesty and integrity.
As most of you will know The death of my beautiful most loving and precious boy was the final part of this evil plot of greed , I was the last component to break, Many of you will have heard tales of how the person responsible has denied all and blamed everyone a theme that has been used for many years over many incidents and for what? What was it all for? Nothing, As rather than accept responsibility they simply walk away from the mess that has been created , My boy was returned in an awful state The fear he displayed, the way he cowered brought tears to my eyes, my beautiful, vibrant, happy and loving boy had been reduced to something unrecognisable. I can only thank all the individuals that have supplied information and proof of so many things that has allowed me to get due justice, as a sad result a copy of a very large file will now be place into the UK archive that has been built since 2007 when these cats first came to the UK something I would rather not have to place in there ,The original is held in safe keeping with a solicitor due to the severity of some of the actions of one of these people,
Although it brings no comfort I was fortunate that he was a stud and lived in his own pen and run, and with his own things had it been a queen the story would have been a very different one. Others were not so fortunate. I will never understand why some people are this way ,why they exhibit such greed and nastiness or even what happened in their lives that made them that way.It can be a sad world that we live in.All I know now is that I need to mourn the loss of such a beautiful boy and try to be the person I was rather than being defined by what has happened, Whilst I will never understand why I allowed myself to be taken in and be cajoled into letting my boy be used I have and will continue to learn from it I will try my utmost to not allow myself to be distrustful of human nature and I hope that all will learn that nastiness is not the way and to work in a manner that is beneficial in equal ways to the breed, yourselves and each other I forgive anyone who believed the stories as they just like me and others were taken in by this person. Something this person is so good at doing followers believing every word she says, unable or unwilling to see beyond the fake credentials.
Well now this person has just simply walked away with no where to go and no admission of guilt, not even a sorry, the easy opion is to walk away and leave others to remedy the mess But for sure we will continue and re group and strive to make 2020 a better year and try to repair the reputation of a breed that has been so badly tarnished.Though I have no real expectations of the registry doing anything about this person I live in the fact that they are now aware of her, her pathetic attempt at getting away with it was simply to walk away I am no longer breeding, I am retiring Then they cant do anything, Nothing more than a cowardly way of getting away with her actions What a horrible horrible person.In memory of my beautiful boy Irwin 15/08/2014 to 27/3/2019

At last we have a court judgement against CR . She has to pay

With her delaying tactics and lack of evidence combined with bizarre behaviour the inevitable conclusion to the court case was borne out. Vague evidence included witness statements which all said the same thing, very clear when shes daft enough to send part of an email with the evidence telling people what to say, but sadly she couldnt see one of them dropped her in it. Her so called carer not sent by the NHS , but merely a neighbour who she herself pays. Then there was an email conversation which she says proves no threats have been made, yet towards the end of that conversation there is a clear threat and she is daft enough to submit to the court. Then there is a doctors letter, one would think it would try to show she didnt have campylobactor food poisioning. Nope, she went to her doctor with the usual line, Im so upset and stressed, they said nasty things about my cats. The doctor then went on to say she had lived at her home for twelve years with no problems, yet we have multiple posts saying there are many problems with neighbours. The rest of the evidence was merely stuff pulled off the internet, and in her deluded state of superiority she though she could win a court case with this.. The sad reality is that the judge viewed the only true evidence from our side and awarded the case in our favour.. Now we wait for payment of monies owed as decreed by the courts. It is looking increasingly likely though the bailiffs will be needed.

Yes the bailiffs were needed. Just in time to find she had put in an application to have the case struck out , needless to say the case came up and more lies and delays from CR . Yes thats it she denied having had further evidence from us, so yet another delay as the court ordered we resend the evidence to her. We awaited a new date . 30th December was that date nearly a year after the original court decision. This appeal from CR lasted under ten minutes as the judge tore strips off her and awarding the case once more in our favour. No appeals now, just waiting for monies owed. High court enforcement are on their way CR. after various emails sent to the courts with various dates and various ramblings she made herself look rather stupid.

Regarding your latest statement of 26th Sept 21 you say that you shouldn't have to justify your private life and that it isn't relevant,

Well yes and no. your private life isn't private once on social media
